When an item is in stock

In-stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order using a standard delivery service. Should you require a faster delivery than standard, please contact us and we can quote alternative options.

When an item is shown to be “Available to backorder”

MRS packrafts are generally made-to-order to suit a customer’s exact requirements. As such, there are a huge number of variables for each packraft depending on which option has been selected by the customer. In order to meet individual customer requirements, Paqualife hold limited stock of only the most popular model combinations. In stock packrafts would be dispatched in line with the section above.

All MRS packrafts listed on the Paqualife website are available to order and your order will be processed for manufacture once payment has cleared. For such orders, the lead time from order being placed to arriving with a customer, would be around 3-4 weeks. Often, we manage to get a made-to-order packraft to the customer within 3 weeks of the order being placed and in some occasions around 2 weeks.

If a packraft is required sooner than 3-4 weeks, pleaseĀ Contact Us as it may be possible to work with the manufacturer to have your packraft manufacture fast tracked. This may not always be possible, and as such, if it is essential that you receive your packraft in less than 3-4 weeks then please contact us prior to placing your order to enquire about whether the lead time for your choice of packraft can be shortened.

Courier delivery

Your packraft and any accessories that complete your order, will be packaged carefully and sent via a tracked national courier service. Where a phone number and email is available at the time of order, Paqualife will pass on your details to the delivery company to ensure communication is enabled through the delivery process and that you are notified of your tracking number.

If there is any problems with the delivery of your order, please notify Paqualife immediately so we can look to resolve with the relevant courier service. Where there is any damage to your package on arrival resulting in damage to your purchase, please contact us, providing photogrpahic evidence so that we can raise the issue with the courier service.


Paqualife will accept the return of any product within 14 days of your order being placed with us, subject to the product being in a resaleable condition, unopened and unused in any way. The cost of any return must be borne by the customer, who will also bear responsibility for the safe transport of the package until it has been received by Paqualife. It is recommended that any customer returning a product uses a fully insured and tracked courier service, and ensures the products are suitably packaged to ensure safe transit.

On receiving the returned product, Paqualife will inspect the product to confirm the resaleable condition of it (i.e. to be resold as a new, unused product) and subject to it being in a resaleable condition, will process a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the product/s.

Unfortunately, Paqualife cannot accept returns of any custom packrafts. This would include the addition of any non-standard optional item to a packraft, for example (but not limited to); custom colour choices (including changing seam colour), attachment of attachment points, accessories (including thigh straps where these are not standard on the packraft model ordered).
